Refund & Cancellation Policy

Watermarks Pro Pro is a one-time lifetime purchase of a digital service ($10 or ₹1,000). Please try the free plan first so you know the tool works for you.

Cancellation

Pro is not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and you will never be charged again.

Refunds

• If Pro does not work for you because of a technical problem we cannot fix, email info@watermarkspro.com within 7 days of purchase with your account email and payment ID, and we will refund you in full.
• If you were charged twice or charged by mistake, we will refund the extra payment.
• After 7 days, or once Pro has been substantially used, purchases are not refundable except where the law requires it.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking or PayPal). Refunds are usually processed within 5 to 7 business days of approval; your bank may take a few extra days to show it. Your Pro access ends when the refund is issued.
